Welcome to FreeSexQuiz. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use our service.

2. Service description

FreeSexQuiz provides an interactive online quiz designed to help couples explore their intimate preferences. Two partners answer separately; only the questions both answered yes to are revealed. Individual answers are never shown to either partner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this service. By using FreeSexQuiz, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Your responsibilities

When you start a quiz session, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your quiz link confidential
• Ensuring your partner has consented to participate
• All activity that occurs under your session

5. Intellectual property

The content, features, and functionality of FreeSexQuiz — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by FreeSexQuiz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeSexQuiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the six months prior to bringing the claim.
